Slow Cooker Baked Potatoes 4 servings

Ingredients

4 Russet Potatoes large (3" - 4 1/2" diameter)

Directions

Scrub large russet baking potatoes thoroughly and dry using paper towels. Prick the skin of each potato in several places using the point of a Spud Spike and insert a Spud Spike deep into the end of each potato. Place potatoes in your slow cooker and set on low for all-day cooking or on high for a shorter cooking time.

If you wish, rub each potato with cooking oil and sprinkle with salt.

You may want to place a rack in the bottom of your slow cooker for more even heat distribution.
